What we collect and why

When you contact Oxbow Lighthouse Foursquare Gospel Church, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, message type and message. OLFGC uses these details to respond to your submission.

Access and storage

Submissions are not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to the authorised site administrator. Form submissions are processed and stored using Google Firebase.

Retention

Submissions are deleted automatically after 12 months.

Abuse prevention

To prevent spam and abuse, a temporary identifier derived from your network connection may be processed when you submit the form. It is not linked to your message and expires automatically within about a day.
